GET YOUR CHILD ONGOING SUPPORT THIS TAS SEASON

The West MAC Term 1 skill development program will give your child the opportunity to train in a quality environment to develop their skills, confidence and game awareness and give them professional ongoing support this TAS season.

They'll be working in small groups with Ex QLD Bulls, Hobart Hurricanes and Aus U/19 all rounder James Bazley.

Our wholistic approach will not only develop their skills, but make sure they're prepared physically, mentally and understands how to read the game tactically.

TERM 1 SKILL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOCUS

TECHNIQUE

Hands on coaching sessions throughout term 4 from a quality coaching. Plus personal in session video analysis and specific feedback to fine tune their technique.

TACTICS

Your child will be put into different scenarios at training that will help rapidly improve their game awareness. We'll also teach them how to create strength based plans.

PHYSICAL

With dedicated S&C and nutrition coaches on our team, your child will learn how to, as well as the value in preparing and maintaining their body for athletic performance.

MINDSET

Often the missing link in a young players game. We'll give your child the tools and techniques to help create a positive and confident mindset.

TRAINING SCHEDULE

All sessions will be held during school hours on a Tuesday at the West MAC nets.

JUNIOR SCHOOL PROGRAM

6 week training block of 45 min sessions

Tuesdays - times will be allocated once groups finalised
