You've probably realised by now, that quicks work twice as hard as batters right?
While batters are on holidays over winter, bowlers are getting fitter, faster and stronger so they can dominate season 20/21.
But if done alone, it can be a long, lonely and challenging time.
That's exactly why we created the ACI Pace Cartel...
A group of players with a common interest: bowling bumpers, hitting the gloves hard and knocking pegs out of the ground.
The ACI Pace Cartel is a dedicated group of fast bowlers who work under guidance of experienced fast bowling coaches to improve their bowling mechanics, become fitter and stronger, and learn how to develop plans around their strengths.
Winter is the perfect time to fine tune your technique. We'll put your action under the microscope using video and help you fix any errors that are holding you back from bowling faster and more consistently.
Sessions will include an element of strength and conditioning and you'll be pushed by fellow cartel members to get more out of yourself than if you were training alone.
We'll help you identify your strengths as a fast bowler and teach you how to develop clear plans for different scenarios of the game, including what lines and lengths to bowl and what fields to set.
Most players put their feet up in May/June. Not the ACI Pace Cartel, we'll be working our butts off to get ahead of the pack.
ACI Pace Cartel players all share the same passion. Hitting the deck hard, swinging the ball and taking wickets.
If accepted into the ACI Pace Cartel, they will be working with coaches who specialise in fast bowling and have years of experience.
